Money back: Yes, 30 days
Rating: 3 / 5
BBB accredited: Not Listed
Scam complaints: No

The SnoreHead device is one of the least expensive mouthpieces on the market. It is a jaw retainer like many others, however there are a few reasons that this solution is so cheap.

There’s an old saying among farmers about price and quality. If you want good oats, then you’re going to pay for them. If you want something cheaper, then you can get some oats that have already been through the horse.

I’m sure you can guess where I’m going with this. You’ll see where this product belongs soon enough.

Background

If you check out the SnoreHead website, you may notice that it looks like something an amateur built back in the early 2000s.

They mention that they don’t spend money on marketing or web design so that they can pass the savings on to you. Don’t be fooled by that. The product is obviously very cheap to produce and the lack of features is all too clear once someone gets their hands on it.

This solution is not FDA approved. The company also has no record with the BBB even though there have been some very unhappy buyers. The only reassurance you get if you purchase this product is a 30 day money back guarantee.

Differences

The main selling point for SnoreHead is the price. As I mentioned it is very cheap. One mouthpiece costs $19.99 plus shipping and handling or you can get two of them for $34.99.

The price is very low but you seem to get what you pay for in this case. There are literally no special features. No precautions have been taken to minimize the risks that come with using it.

I’m not telling you this because I’m a big fan of bells and whistles, but because some additional features are necessary for your long term safety with this kind of device.

Real World Use

Aside from the testimonials on the site, the only comments you will find about this device are complaints. One that kept popping up really caught my eye though.

The complaint was that this company is selling athletic mouth guards as anti-snoring devices. Even a quick look at the product will show you why they think this. It really does look like a regular athletic mouth guard.

Whether it is or not, I can’t say for sure. The fact is that many people complain about it not working. On top of that, there are also a number of people who find it very uncomfortable.

If there is one thing I could have you remember from this review, it’s that you get what you pay for. Not to mention that the problems a device as basic as this one could cause might actually cost you a great deal of money in the long run.

Conclusion

It appears that SnoreHead is more like the oats that have already been through the horse. I haven’t personally met someone who has had a good experience with this device.

In a nutshell, it’s cheap, doesn’t work for many people, isn’t comfortable, and may cost you a ton of cash in the future if it causes additional issues. Avoid this product and spend your money on high quality snoring solution.
